摘要
目的:评价降钙素原(PCT)联合检测超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在临床细菌感染q-的诊断价值。方法:选取我院住院的细菌感染性疾病病人128例,其中男83例,女45例,分别用EDTA-2K管抽取静脉血2ml进行全血降钙素原(PCT)及全血超敏c-反应蛋白(hs—C1KP)测试,分析比较全血PCT及全血hs—C1KP单独检测及联合检测在细菌感染中的敏感性和特异性及准确性。结果:全血降钙素原(PCT)及全血超敏c-反应蛋白(hs—C1KP)单独检测的敏感性跟特异性较差,联合检测能提高对细菌感染性疾病的敏感性和特异性,结果差异比较具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:PCT联合hs-CRP检测可进一步提高对细菌感染性疾病诊断的准确性和特异性。从而利于临床早期诊断,动态监测PCT及hs—C1KP水平有助于评估治疗效果。协助临床判断病情的转归和恶化,避免抗生素的滥用及给予针对性盼治疗。
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of procalcitonin (PCT) combined with high sensitive C- reactive protein (hs-CRP) in clinical bacterial infection. Methods: 128 patients with bacterial infectious diseases in our hospital were selected , including 83 males and 45 females. The levels of procalcitonin (PCT) and hypersensitive C - reactive protein(hs-CRP) were detected using 2ml venous blood in EDTA-2K tube, and then the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of separately and combined detection in diagnosis of the bacterial infection were analyzed. Results: Single detection of procalcitonin (PCT) or high-sensitivity C- reactive protein (hs-CRP) had low sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of the bacterial infection , combined detection can improve the sensitivity and specificity, the differents were statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion: PCT combined with hs-CRP can improve diagnostic accuracy and specificity of bacterial infectious disease, thereby facilitating early diagnosis. Dynamic monitoring of PCT and hs-CRP levels can help assess the effect of treatment , determine prognosis and progression, avoid antibiotic misuse and provide targeted therapy.
