本文记录和梳理了PAFC这一大型复杂工程项目所需的专业系统、全过程设计技术与管理工作要点和重难点。本项目也是对设计顾问服务的专业能力、协调沟通管理能力以及参与多组织、多团队分工协作、协同高效的一次项目实践。
By introducing the necessary professional system and key points of design technology and management during the entire process of a large-scale complex construction project, this review records and explains the professional competence and interpersonal abilities of coordination, communication and management as well as highly efficient multi-team collaboration of the design consultant in practice.
