摘要
目的:观察神经根型颈椎病应用点穴配合针灸治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2013年4月—2015年4月收治的110例神经根型颈椎病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组55例。对照组采用常规治疗联合针灸治疗,观察组再增加点穴治疗。结果:对照组患者总有效率为80.00%,观察组为96.36%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:点穴配合针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint pressure combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in treating cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. Method： 110 patients with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy treated in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 55 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment combined with acupuncture and moxibustion while the observation group received acupoint pressure combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the control group was 80.00% and that of the observation group was 96.36%, P 〈 0.05, the difference was of statistical significance. Conclusion： Acupoint pressure combined with acupuncture and moxibustion had significant effect in treating cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy.
