摘要
本文主要通过对带状疱疹的概念、机制、流行病学的调查及治疗的阐述,通过一则病例的分析及治疗的过程,对临床应用当归四逆汤合大乌头汤加减治愈带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床案例进行总结,并对药物的组成及君、臣、佐、使的分析来阐述治疗的有效性。
This thesis elucidates the concept, mechanism, epidemiological investigation and treatment of herpes zoster and summarizes the clinical case of Danggui Sini decoction combined with Dawutou decoction in curing postherpetic neuralgia through the analysis of the treatment, in addition to analyzing the effectiveness of the treatment by analyzing the composition of the decoction.
