摘要
目的探讨黄芪建中汤治疗幽门螺旋杆菌阳性胃溃疡的临床效果。方法以我院2015年3月~2016年2月收治的60例幽门螺旋杆菌阳性胃溃疡患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。给予对照组常规西药治疗,给予观察组黄芪建中汤治疗。结果观察组的治疗总有效率、复发率均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对幽门螺旋杆菌阳性胃溃疡患者实施黄芪建中汤治疗,效果显著。
Objective Clinical effect of huangqijianzhong decoction in treatment of helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer is to be studied.Methods Chose 60 patients with helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer who were treated in hospital from March 2015 to February 2016 to study and separated them into control group and study group randomly with 30 patients in each group,patients in control group were given conventional western medication treatment,while other patients in study group were given huangqijianzhong decoction.Results Patients’ treatment efficacy and side-effect incidence in study group are much more favorable than counterparts in control group,and there are statistics differentials between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer,Huangqijianzhong decoction is quite efficiency.
