摘要
目的研究A型肉毒毒素配合仿真力量训练治疗足下垂、内翻的疗效。方法将34例因肌张力升高而导致足下垂、足内翻的脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组(17例)和对照组(17例),实验组在A型肉毒毒素局部注射改善肌痉挛的基础上进行Primus RS系统进行足背屈及外翻训练,对照组为单用Primus RS系统进行足背屈及外翻训练。结果两组在治疗12周后实验组MAS、BBS、踝关节的背曲、外翻的活动范围(PROM)等指标均好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 A型肉毒毒素局部注射联合仿真力量训练与评定系统Primus PS系统进行踝关节背曲、外翻训练能促进下肢运动功能的提高。
Objective To study the clinical effect of BTX-A(Botulinum toxin type A)and stimulated strengthen training in the treatment of foot drop and strephenopodia.Methods34 stroke patients with foot drop and strephenopodia caused by increased muscular tension were randomly divided into two groups,17 cases in each group. The treatment group took the local injection of BTX-A and Primus RS on the stimulated strengthen training of dorsiflexion and strephenopodia. The control group just took the Primus RS.ResultsAfter 12 w of treatment,the clinical index of MAS,BBS,dorsiflexion and strephenopodia for treatment group was better than that of control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The local injection of BTX-A and Primus PS on the stimulated strengthen training of dorsiflexion and strephenopodia can improve the lower limb motor function.
