摘要
建立了快速测定农田灌溉水中草甘膦残留的分析方法。草甘膦经FMOC-Cl柱前衍生,荧光检测器分析,外标法定量。方法无需萃取小柱净化,直接进样分析,检测分析时间5 min。添加0.01~0.50 mg/kg浓度水平时,草甘膦加标回收率在77.6%~86.2%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.5%~6.8%之间。方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.002 mg/kg,定量限(S/N=10)为0.005 mg/kg。该方法简单快速,回收率高,可用于基层检测站的日常快速检测。
To establish a rapid analysis method for the determination of glyphosate residues in irrigation water. Glyphosate by FMOC-Cl pre column derivatization and fluorescence detection, analysis, external standard method. Without extraction purification, sample analysis, detection and analysis of 5 min. Add 0.01 -0.50 mg/kg concentration, glyphosate recovery rate is between 77.6%-86.2%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 5.5%-6.8%. The detection limit (S/N=3) for 0.002 mg/kg, the limit of quantification (S/N=10) for 0.005 mg/kg. This method is simple and rapid, high recovery rate, can be used for rapid de- tection of the daily work of grass-roots inspection station.
