摘要
本文是关于习近平总书记在中央党的群团工作会议上的讲话以及相关系列讲话精神的初步学习体会。群团组织是"推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要力量",不断"强化群团组织的政治性、先进性和群众性",以及"走中国特色社会主义群团发展道路"构成了习近平总书记群团组织治理和发展思想的基本内涵,分别论述了群团组织在新时期的战略定位、治理的核心原则和发展的基本模式。习近平总书记的群团治理和发展思想深深根植于我国社会主义革命和社会主义建设的具体实践以及"以人民为中心的发展思想"体系之中,是对马克思主义关于人类社会发展和人类解放思想的实质继承和重要发展。
Based on Xi Jinping's speech about the work for mass organizations at CCP's conferences and the preliminary studies of the principles of Xi's serial speeches,this article summarizes Xi's views on governance and the development of mass organizations. Mass organization is'an important driving force that encourages the modernization of the state's governance system and governance capability'. In the new era,the political,advanced,and mass nature of the mass organizations has to be constantly reinforced. The above two views,along with 'developing mass organizations continuing on the path ofsocialism with Chinese characteristics',constitute the basic intension of Xi's thoughts on governance and the development of mass organizations. These three thoughts illustrate respectively the strategic position of mass organizations in the new era,the core principles of its governance,and the basic mode of its development. Xi Jinping's thoughts were deeply rooted in the concrete practice of our country's socialist revolution and socialist construction,as well as the ideological system of'development must be centered on the people '. Therefore,Xi's thoughts can be regarded as both substantial inheritance and an important advance of Marxism thoughts on the development of human society and the emancipation of human beings.
