Since the 18th National Congress of Communist Party of China, XI Jinping, chairman of People＇s Republic of China, has elaborated much on the eco-civilization construction and made his own comment on the importance of the construction,which has paved the way for the construction of Eco-Civilization. XI Jinping＇s ideas on eco-civilization construction will lead the Chinese people to the new era of socialist eco-civilization and fulfill Chinese people＇s dream of establishing a beautiful China.
