摘要
既往的经济发展模式盲目追求GDP增长,以牺牲资源环境为代价,是酿成环境污染、生态失衡的重要成因。习近平立足中国基本国情,审时度势提出绿色发展思想,旨在推进生态文明建设,实现人与自然、社会的和谐统一,最终实现人自由而全面的发展。习近平绿色发展思想内蕴生态民生观、生态安全观、生态法制观等多种意涵。
The bygone development mode of economy is actually the blind pursuit of growth of GDP at the expense of the resource environment, causing today＇s serious situation of environmental pollution and ecological imbalance. XI Jinping, based on the basic national conditions, put forward the green development thought, intending to promote the construction of ecological civilization and realize the harmony of human, nature, and society, so as to realize human free and comprehensive development. His thought contains a lot including his view on people＇s ecological livelihood, ecological security, and ecological legality.
