摘要
本文通过对辽宁营口某生产基地工艺循环冷却水系统原设计进行分析,判断系统结冰的主要位置及原因,并采取系统优化、冷却塔布水盘的改进、增设洒水导流板及添加防冻剂等防冻技术措施,对原设计进行改良,并对运行管理提出了改进性建议,使系统在冬季能够正常运行。通过本文,希望对高寒地区工业管道等的工艺循环冷却水系统的防冻设计和施工及冬季运行提供一定的参考。
In Liaoning Yingkou production base of technology of circulating cooling water system of the original design through the analysis of this paper, the main position and judging system freezes, and take the system optimization, cooling tower water plate, a guide plate and adding improved sprinkler add antifreeze antifreeze technical measures of original design is improved, and the operation management, put forward the improvement proposal, so that the system can run normally in winter.In this paper, we hope to provide some reference for the design and construction of the anti freezing design and construction of the technological circulating cooling water system of the industrial pipeline in cold area.
