摘要
目的:探讨优质护理在老年股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:将110例老年股骨颈骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组各55例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施优质护理干预,比较两组患者负面情绪改善情况及患者满意度。结果:两组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显低于干预前,且观察组干预后SAS、SRSS、SDS评分明显低于对照组干预后(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后总体健康、生理功能、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分明显高于对照组干预后(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、住院费用及医患纠纷发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理能显著缓解老年股骨颈骨折患者紧张、焦虑、压抑等负面情绪,提高患者生活质量和满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective：To explore the application effects of high quality nursing care in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods：A total of 110 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 55 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received high quality nursing in- tervention on the basis of the implementation of routine nursing. Two groups＇ negative emotions and improved patient satisfaction were com- pared. Results：After the intervention, two groups＇ self- anxiety scale （SAS）, square root of the sum of the squares （SRSS）, and self- depression scale （SDS）scores were significantly lower than those before the intervention, and the observation group after the intervention SAS, SRSS, SDS aeores were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The observation group＇s nursing satisfaction was sig- nificantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The observation group after the intervention of the overall health, physiological function, social function, emotional functions and mental health scores were significantly higher than those of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the observation group hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses and medical dispute occurrence rate was lower than that in the con- trol group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：High quality care can significantly alleviate the elderly patients with femoral neck fracture tension, anxi- ety, depression and other negative emotions, improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients, and it is worth clinical promotion.
