摘要
目的：探讨根本原因分析法（RCA）降低实习护生锐器伤发生率的效果。方法：将2012~2013年度未开展RCA方法时接收的实习护生126名作为对照组,将2014~2015年开展RCA方法后接收的实习护生133名作为研究组,比较两组实习护生锐器伤发生率。结果：研究组实习护生锐器伤发生率低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：RCA方法可有效预防实习护生锐器伤的发生,是实习护生职业暴露管理的有效方法。
Objective：To investigate the root cause analysis （RCA）to reduce the incidence of sharp injury effect of nursing students. Methods ：During the year 2012 to 2013, a total of 126 intern nursing students who did not carry out the RCA method were taken as the con- trol group,and a total of 133 intern nursing students who carried out the RCA method were taken as the study group during the year 2014 to 2015. Then the incidence of sharp injuries of nursing students in internship was compared between two groups. Results：The incidence of practice sharp injuries of the study group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 O. 01 ）. Conclusion：The RCA method can effectively prevent the incidence of sharp injuries in the practice of intern nursing students, and is an effective method to occupation exposure manage- ment for intern nursing students.
