摘要
特发性水肿是临床常见疾病,邵朝弟教授认为其中医病机在肝失疏泄,肺失宣降,脾失转运,肾失开合,而致气滞、血瘀、水湿内停,邵教授运用自拟利水消肿汤以活血行气,健脾化湿,利水消肿治疗特发性水肿,临床疗效显著。现将邵教授运用自拟利水消肿汤治疗特发性水肿的经验介绍如下。
Idiopat＇hic edema is a common clinical disease. Professor SHAO Zhaodi thinks the TCM pathogenesis is live failing to soothe, lung failing to disperse and descending, spleen failing to transport or transform and kidney failing to control the opening and closing, resulting in qi stagnation, blood stasis, water - dampness internal accumulation. Professor SHAO used self - made Lishui Xiaozhong Decoction to promote the blood circulation and qi movement and invigorate spleen for eliminating dampness in the treatment of idiopathic edema. The clinical curative effect is remarkable. The author introduced the experience of professor SHAO as follows.
