摘要
微博等社会化媒体的兴起开辟了公民参与的新途径。95后大学生是我国公共参与的重要群体,具有极高的微博使用率,其微博公共参与问题更具研究意义。文章通过实证研究方式对当前大学生微博公共参与现状、行为特征与影响因素进行了分析,研究发现,大学生微博公共参与程度总体表现较低,但存在潜在参与高涨的可能性;95后大学生群体特点、微博自媒体本身的特性以及参与机制等方面的因素,都影响其参与效能。据此,文章提出相应对策以促进大学生微博公共参与有序进行。
Social medias, such as microblog and other means, make new routes for people to participate public affairs. The post-95 born college students who use microblog with high frequency are one important participators, which makes this research significant. This survey investigates the current situation, behavior characteristics and influence factors. The data support that the overall level of participation is low but the potential is high. The char- acteristics of microblog as well as the participating mechanism affect participation efficiency. It is suggested that appropriate policies should be made to make this type participation effi- cient and in order.
