摘要
目的探讨整体护理在颈椎结核病灶清除前方入路内固定围术期的应用。方法本研究选取的颈椎结核病例共34例，椎体破坏主要是C3～C5累及1个椎体23例，累及≥2个椎体11例。通过术前正确疏导患者恐惧心理及术前进行作咳嗽排痰、引导床上大小便、头面部等相关护理训练，以及术毕自身注意体位保护。结果所有的患者均安全度过了围术期，取得了较满意的疗效。结论颈椎结核经颈前方入路行病灶清除植骨内固定术的手术难度、创伤较大，护理要做好围术期可能发生的风险因素，积极主动做好各个环节的配合工作，才能尽量减少各种并发症发生。
Objective This research aims at the application of holistic nursing during the perioperative period of internal fixation via anterior approach for cervical tuberculosis debridement. Methods In this research, 34 cases of cervical tuberculosis, primarily destruction of C3 to C5 vertebra/bodies, were selected. In 23 cases, one vertebral body was involved, while in 11 cases, more than 2 vertebral bodies were involved. Before the operation, psychological counseling was conducted for patients to ease their fears. Nursing training was arranged in terms of coughing up of sputum, relieving the bowels on the bed and head＆ face caring. Moreover, protective positions were paid attention to after the surgery. Results All patients went through the perioperative period safely, and satisfactory curative effects were achieved. Conclusions As the internal fixation via anterior approach for cervical tuberculosis debridement is a difficult surgery which causes big injury, risk factors during the perioperative period shall be considered,and nursing services shall be proactive in each process in order to reduce the risk of complications.
