摘要
随着时代的发展以及我国对外交流的深入,越来越多的企业对于应用型商务英语人才的需求量与日俱增。在这样的背景下,我国高等院校就更应当承担起着力培养应用型商务英语人才的责任。但在当前的高校教学模式下,应用型商务英语人才的培养出现了不少问题,也面临着诸多挑战,如何处理好高等院校教学培养过程中出现的各种问题是需要引起各方面注意以及开展相应研究的。本文将从应用型商务英语人才应有的品质说起,对当前高等院校出现的教学培养问题进行指出,并提出相应的对策及建议,希望对应用型商务英语人才的培养教学有一定的启示。
With the development of the times and the deep foreign exchange of China, more and more enterprises are increasing the demand for the application of business English talents. Under this background, higher colleges in our country should undertake the responsibility to cultivate the applied business English talents. But in the current teaching mode, in higher colleges, the cultivation of applied talents in business English has many problems and faces many challenges. How to deal with this kind of problems appeared in the process needs to arouse the attention and to carry out the corresponding research. This paper will talk about the quality of business English talents and point out the problem of the institutions of higher learning in the teaching of training and propose the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion. We hope to have certain enlightenment on applied talents in business English teaching.
