摘要
论文围绕省级改革试点建设任务中的高级日语应用技术人才培养,在课题组教师广泛调研日本和广东省日语人才需求大背景以及日语相关岗位现状下,分析本专业人才职业目标定位和相关岗位所具备的技能、知识、素质,阐述了高级应用技术日语人才培养主要路径与几种常见课程体系之间的关系及其人才与课程体系特点。
This paper focuses on the task of building the pilot reform of provincial advanced Japanese technology application talents cultivation. In extensive research about research group of teachers in Japan and the background of the talent demand of Guangdong province and Japanese related job status. Analysis the professional career goals and related jobs with the skills, knowledge and quality, expounds the advanced application technology in the Japanese talents cultivation of the relationship between the main paths and several common course system and talent and the characteristics of the course system.
