摘要
目的:探讨中药多途径给药配合特色护理治疗老年性急性戊型病毒性肝炎黄疸型的临床疗效。方法:将46例老年性急性戊型病毒性肝炎黄疸型患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组(23例)和对照组(23例),对照组采用西医常规疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中医多途径给药并配合护理。观察治疗10 d后2组患者的治愈率、治疗前后肝功指标比较以及黄疸消退和临床症状缓解时间。结果:两组患者在治愈率、肝功复常及黄疸消退时间等方面有显著差异。治疗组治愈率为100%,对照组为86.96%;治疗组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)治疗前平均(285.6±35.7)μmol/L,治疗后平均(32.4±10.1)μmol/L,对照组治疗前平均(269.6±41.8)μmol/L,治疗后平均(57.9±13.7)μmol/L;黄疸消退时间治疗组平均(5.2±2.4)d,对照组平均(8.9±0.7)d。治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药多途径给药配合特色护理对老年性急性戊型病毒性肝炎黄疸型的治疗有增效作用。
Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Multi-Ways Chineses medication with the characteristics of nursing in the treatment of Senile acute icteric viral hepatitis E. Methods：46 cases of Senile acute jcteric viral hepatitis E with refractory ascites were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 23 cases in each group,the control group were treated with routine therapy,treatment group was added with Mullti-Mays Chinese medication,and with the specialized nursing care. Observation of 2 groups of patients after ten days treatment,the cure rate of liver function before and after treatment and compared the clinical symptoms and jaundice. Results：2 groups have significant differences in the cure rate,liver function recovery and jaundice etc,The cure rate of the treatment group was 100%,the control group was 86.96%;The average of the treatment group was（285.6±35.7）μmol/L,the average of（32.4±10.1）μmol/L after treatment,and the control group before treatment was（269.6±41.8）μmol/L,the average of（57.9±13.7）μmol/L;Jaundice subsided time,the treatment group was（5.2±2.4）days,the control group was（8.9±0.7）days. The treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclution：Traditional Chinese medicine administration with a synergistic effect of treatment characteristics of nursing on the elderly patients with acute icteric viral hepatitis E.
