摘要
围绝经期综合征(又称更年期综合征)好发于女性绝经前后,症见月经周期不调、心悸潮热、多汗失眠、抑郁多疑、心躁易怒等,严重影响女性身心健康及家庭和睦。西医主要予以激素替代治疗,虽症状改善明显,但如扬汤止沸,且有副作用及潜在风险。短期应用可致阴道不规则出血、体重增加和乳房胀痛等;长期应用增加乳腺癌、心血管疾病、中风、肺栓塞、血栓形成和老年痴呆的发生率。由于激素替代治疗的副作用及风险,目前临床应用多不易为患者接受。中医则不然,多以中药补肾疏肝、补脾理气或针灸、穴位贴敷治疗,效果肯定,起到釜底抽薪之用,至今临床副作用发生罕有记载,所以越来越多的女性接受选择中医疗法。
Perimenopausal syndrome（also called menopausal syndrome）occurs in women around menopause. The symptom is of menoxenia,palpitations,hot flashes,hidrosis,agrypnia,depression,paranoia,dysphoria,irritability etc,which has a critically influences on women＇s healthy both in physical and mental as well as the harmony of family. The major therapy of Western medicine is hormone alternative medicine,which has apparently improve the symptoms,but just like stop water from boiling by scooping it up,it also has side effects and potential risks. It can lead to irregular vaginal bleeding,weight gain and breast distending pain,etc.,within a short-term treatment. It can increase the incidence of mammary cancer,angiocardiopathy,stroke,pulmonary embolism,thrombosi and senile dementia. Due to the side effects and risks of Hormone alternative medicine,it can＇t be adopted by patients cushy in currently clinicalapplication. On the contrary,the therapy of TCM are herbs which to tonifying kidney and soothing the liver,invigorating spleen and replenishing Qi,or acupuncture,acupoint application,the therapeutic effect is effective,which play an significant role in Take away the firewood under the cooking pot,and has rarely side effects in history recorded,that＇s is why more and more women accept and select the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.
