摘要
文中针对某药厂药品生产线人工包装岗位的装箱和装托操作问题进行改善研究。文章运用人工物料搬运指南(MMH)从操作姿势、动作和负荷、工具的使用等多方面提出改善设计思路和优化方案。设计出合理的岗位操作流程,并从座椅、堆垛、装箱等方面提出改进措施,改善后提高了操作员的舒适感和愉悦感,提高了岗位操作效率,降低了作业失误的发生概率。
By utilizing ergonomic methodology,an existing case packing station on medicine packing line is optimized and designed. Using the MMH（ Manual Material Handling） method,a designing and optimizing solution is proposed from the working posture,movement,loading and facility aspects. By designing reasonable workflow and coming up measurement for chair,stow and case packing,the comfortableness and enjoyment of the operators are increased,the operation efficiency is improved and the error occurrence probability of packing medicine is reduced.
