摘要
上海某厂房位于深厚软土地基上,地基采用水泥土搅拌桩处理,设备安装时发现基础底板发生了较大的沉降及差异沉降,影响使用。通过分析沉降及差异沉降产生的原因,结合该工程的基础及基础底板的结构特点,采用锚杆静压桩加固地基和基础,控制了基础的后续沉降,取得较好效果。
The bearing floor on soft soil foundation is located at a factory in Shanghai,the foundation soil was treated by cement soil mixing pile. During the equipment erection,the settlement and differential settlement of the bearing floor were found to be excessive and it would disturb normal use. This article analyzed the reason of settlement and differential settlement. Combined with the structural properties of the bearing floor,a better result was got through anchor static pressure pile to reinforce the foundation and foundation soil,and the subsequent settlement was controlled effectively.
