摘要
陕甘宁边区政府成立之后,利用冬天农闲时间(大致集中于头年11、12月至次年1、2月间)对老百姓进行首以教识字,辅以生产、自然、卫生常识和政治教育的冬学教育,是边区政府教育工作的一种重要而且极其有效的形式。从《解放日报》成立伊始,作为中共机关报的《解放日报》就充分发挥其舆论引领功能,积极关注冬学教育。本文梳理了《解放日报》关于冬学运动的整体组织、动员情况,以及《解放日报》对边区冬学的教学内容以及办学成效的报宣传,认为冬学运动不仅是提高边区群众文化素质的一场运动,更是一场深刻的社会运动。通过冬学运动,中国共产党大大提高了其自身的凝聚力和影响力,其作用不可小视。而《解放日报》作为党的机关报,其舆论喉舌的作用更不可忽视。
The Winter Study Movement is an important and efficient form of government＇s educa- tional work in Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region, which was taken place in November, December, January and February, the slack season, since the establishment of the government. This movement is mainly about teaching people how to read but also offering them elementary knowledge of production, nature, hygiene and sanitation as well as political education. As the CCP＇s official paper, Liberation Daily has successfully drawn the public＇s attention to the Winter Study Movement since its founding. In this paper, information related to this movement＇s organizing and mobilizing matters, education contents and results recorded in Liberation Daily were sorted out, therefore, it can be concluded that this movement is not only a cultural movement for quality enhancement, but also a social movement. Through this movement, CCP has become more influential and as its public voice, Liberation Daily must not be overlooked.
