摘要 根据煤矿变电所负荷变化频繁的特点 ,为有效抑制电网谐波和提高功率因数 ,采用谐波滤波及无功分段补偿技术。技术关键为对滤波与无功补偿的协调控制。以LC无源滤波器为核心 ,合理设置单调谐滤波器和高通滤波器 ,分析谐波源特性、无功特性及系统阻抗特性 ,对滤波器分组 ,在不同负荷下实现分次投切滤波装置、分段补偿无功的目的。通过仿真测试并结合实例 ,对运行情况及应用效果进行分析 ,指出该技术可靠性高、实用性强、性价比合理 ,特别对交 - 交变频器的谐波滤波也有较好的效果。对煤矿变电所解决此类问题有较好的参考应用价值。 Because of the frequent load change in coal mine substation,the harmonic filtration and reactive power sectional compensation are applied to effectively suppress power net harmonic and improve power factors.The key technique is the coordinated control of harmonic filtration and reactive power compensation.It takes LC passive filter as the kernel, configures rationally the single frequency filter and high pass filter,analyses the characteristics of harmonic source,reactive power and system impedance,and groups the filters to implement the respective switching of filters and the sectional compensation of reactive power.Based on the simulative test and combined with examples,the operating states and practical results are analyzed.It is pointed out that this technology is excellent in reliability,practicability and performance price ratio.Especially it has better efficiency in cycloconverter harmonic filtration.
