摘要
在实施全面二孩的政策背景下,为进一步完善计划生育服务管理,取消二孩审批,实行生育登记服务制度。江西省根据计生卫生业务的实际需求,应用互联网技术,建立了人口计生服务系统平台。平台以互联网技术为依托,通过网络实现传统业务的在线办理,优化服务流程,提升服务质量,改善了行业形象。
Under the implementation of comprehensive two child policy, in order to further improve the family planning service management, the second child membership approval is cancelled and the birth registration service system is adopted. Basedon the actual demand for family planning and health, the family planning system platform was built in Jiangxi province. based on Internet technology, the family planning system platform can realize the online process of traditional business, which optimized the service progress and improved the service quality and the image of industry.
