摘要
目的:探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)组织中朗格汉斯细胞(LC)的变化。方法:选取尖锐湿疣组30例,正常对照组10例,采用免疫组化法对尖锐湿疣组织和正常组织进行CD1a、S-100蛋白、HLA-DR检测,统计表达阳性的LC数量并观察其形态。结果:尖锐湿疣组织中的CD1a、S-100蛋白、HLA-DR阳性的LC表达均比正常组织降低。复发组与无复发组的表达也有差异。结论:尖锐湿疣组织中存在着LC的缺失和抗原提呈功能异常,这可能与尖锐湿疣的发病与复发有关。
Objectives: To investigate the changes and molecular mechanisms of Langerhans cells in the tissues of condyloma accuminatum( CA). Methods: 30 CA tissues and 10 normal tissues were observed by Histopathological of CD-1a + LC,S-100 + LC,HLA-DR + LC. Results: Compared with normal tissues,the dendritic and express of CD-1a,S-100,HLA-DR in CA were decreased,especially in the recurrence group.Conclusion: CA lesions are characterized by decreased LC density and reduced function of antigen presenting,and this may cause the CA and its recurrence.
