摘要
研读《内经》《医学心悟》《诸病源候论》《金匮要略》《针灸大成》《类证治裁》有关中风的记载,结合临床进行理论探析。脑卒中后失语症康复治疗时,语言、吞咽等人体功能的修复要顺应天意,也就是符合自然界的规律,既重视"人"的恢复,又重视"天"的影响,注重气、血、脏腑、经络的辨证施治,使康复方法不再孤立、局部,从而达到天人合一。
Studying the Neijing,Yixuexinwu,Zhubingyuanhoulun,Jinguiyaolue,Zhenjiudacheng and Leizhengzhicai related to stroke the records. Combining with the theory of clinical practice. Aphasia after stroke rehabilitation therapy,the repair of speech and swallowing function of the human body to conform to the will of heaven,which is consistent with the nature of law. We attach importance to the recovery of ＂people＂,but also pay attention to the effect of＂day＂,dense gas injection,blood,organs,meridians syndrome differentiation,rehabilitation methods are no longer isolated,local and so as to achieve the unity of man and nature.
