摘要
目的探讨黛力新治疗糖尿病(DM)合并抑郁症的效果。方法我院于2013年5月至2015年11月期间收治了84例糖尿病合并抑郁症患者,医护人员根据患者入院时间将其分为常规组与实验组,给予所有患者降糖治疗,42例常规组患者加用谷维素片治疗,42例实验组患者加用黛力新治疗,观察两种治疗方案的临床效果。结果治疗后,实验组患者空腹血糖水平、餐后2小时血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白均比常规组低,P<0.05;两组患者治疗前抑郁症状评分均比治疗前低,P<0.05,实验组患者治疗后抑郁症状评分比常规组低,P<0.05;两组患者在不良反应发生率方面,差异较小,P>0.05。结论针对糖尿病合并抑郁症患者,在降糖治疗基础上,给予患者黛力新治疗,能够有效控制血糖指标,改善抑郁症状,借鉴意义显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of Deanxit in the treatment of diabetes mellitus（ DM）patients with depression.Methods A total of 84 cases of diabetic patients with depression were enrolled in this study,they hospitalized in our hospital during May 2013 and November 2015,and they were divided into the normal group and experimental group according to the time of admission,all the patients received treatment of blood glucose reduce. 42 cases of patients in routine group taken oryzanol tablets in the treatment,42 cases in the experimental group received Deanxit in treatment. The clinical effects of the two therapeutic regimens were observed. Results After treatment,fasting blood glucose levels,2 hours blood glucose levels after meal,glycosylated hemoglobin of the experimental group were lower than that of the routine group（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment the depressive symptom scores of the two groups were decreased compared with those before the treatment（ P〈0. 05）. And the depressive symptom scores of patients in the observation group were lower treated after than in the conventional group after the treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reaction of the two groups was similar（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusions In the treatment of diabetic patients with depression,on the basis of hypoglycemic treatment,give Deanxit for treatment can effectively control the blood glucose index,improve the depressive symptoms,has significant use for reference meaning.
