摘要
针对工业大数据时代工业生产监控中传统的报警设计在实时性、可靠性和扩展性等多个方面面临的巨大挑战,甚至在大数据的压力冲击下直接瘫痪而无法工作等问题,提出了一种基于Storm的分布式报警设计方案。重点介绍了Storm的分布式报警设计整体架构以及工作原理,并从扩展性、性能和可靠性等方面对该方案进行分析,可有效应用于工业过程大数据的监控报警。
In the industrial big data era, the traditional design of alarm in the monitory of industial production is faced with huge challenges in many aspects, such as instantaneity, reliability, expansibility, etc. Even worse, it may be paralyzed to be unable to work directly under the pressure of big data. This article provides a distributed alarm design scheme based on Storm. The article focuses on the overall structure and working principle of the distributed alarm design base on Storm, and analyzes the schema in the aspects of expansibility, performance, reliability, etc. The design can be efficiently applied on the monitoring and alarm of big data in industrial process.
