摘要
目的:观察腹腔镜手术配合通管汤治疗输卵管堵塞性不孕的临床效果。方法:60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组行腹腔镜手术后用克林霉素静滴和输卵管通液治疗,观察组行腹腔镜手术后用通管汤治疗。结果:总有效率观察组90.00%、对照组66.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间未出现不良反应,对照组出现不规则阴道流血3例、出现腹痛2例。结论:腹腔镜手术配合通管汤治疗输卵管堵塞性不孕症有较好效果。
Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic operation combined with Tongguan Decoction in the treatment of fallopian tube obstruction infertility.Method：60 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly. 30 cases were treated by clindamycin intravenous and hydrotubation treatment as the control group while 30 cases were treated by laparoscopic operation combined with Tongguan Decoction as the observation group. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00% while that of the control group was 66.67%. There was statistical significance between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） .There were no adverse side effect in the observation group during the treatment while there were 3 cases of irregular vaginal bleeding and 2 cases of abdominal pain in the control group. Conclusion： Laparoscopic operation combined with Tongguan Decoction has good therapeutic effect on fallopian tube obstruction infertility.
