摘要 以三元导电陶瓷Ti_3SiC_2作为增强相,金属Al为基体,采用放电等离子烧结法在500℃温度下烧结制备Al/Ti_3SiO_2复合材料,研究增强相Ti_3SiC_2添加含量对Al/Ti_3SiC_2复合材料的密度、硬度和摩擦磨损性能的影响。通过研究发现:在烧结温度500℃的条件下,可以制备出性能优异的Al/Ti_3SiC_2复合材料,复合材料的相对密度、硬度和摩擦系数都随着的Ti_3SiC_2含量增加呈现先减小后增加的趋势,当Ti_3SiC_2添加含量为5%时,Al/Ti_3SiC_2复合材料的相对密度为99.6%,硬度为28.2,摩擦系数为0.31。 Al/Ti3SiC2 composites were prepared by SPS at 500 ℃ using the ternary conductive ceramic Ti3SiCx as reinforcing phase and metal AI as matrix in this article. The effect of the content of reinforcing phase Ti3SiC2 on the density, hardness and friction and wear properties of Al/Ti3SiC2 composites was investigated. The resalts show that Al/Ti3SiC2 composites possess excellent properties when the sintering temperature is 500 ℃ , the relative density, hardness and friction coefficient of the composites increase firstly and then decrease with increasing of the content of Ti3SiC2. When the content of Ti3SiC2 is 5%, the relative density, hardness and friction coefficient of Al/Ti3SiC2 composites is 99.6%, 28.2 and 0.31, respectively.
