摘要
在海洋强省战略背景下,广东正积极开创从"海洋大省"向"海洋强省"跨越的局面,但也面临着海洋资源环境、科技、经济、管理服务等方面的挑战,为抢抓21世纪海上丝绸之路建设的机遇,谋求发展先机,文章提出了运用政策优势促进海洋经济稳增长、提高海洋科技创新能力、统筹产业竞争与区域合作、坚持海陆联动、建设海洋生态文明等发展路径。
Under the strategy of ＂building China into a maritime power＂ , Guangdong is actively opening up a new prospect of building ocean power, but it is also confronting the challenge on ocean resources and environment, technology, economy and management service. To grasp the superior opportunity of ＂the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road＂ building, Guangdong must build its own ocean power by the path of promoting marine economy growth with competitive policies, increasing marine technology innovation capacity, coordinating industrial competition with regional cooperation, combining marine with inland, and building marine ecological cultivation, etc.
