摘要
[目的]探讨张迎春教授治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征(luteinizing unruptured follicle,LUFS)的临证经验。[方法]通过系统阅读与张迎春教授学术观点及临证经验相关的论著、临床跟张师侍诊等方法,总结张教授辨证治疗LUFS的临证经验,并通过案例具体说明。[结果]张教授认为LUFS病因复杂,排卵障碍为其基本病机。结合内分泌激素检测、B超监测排卵,针对卵泡期、排卵期、黄体期3个阶段,制定分别以中药自创临床验方、针灸、耳针、闪罐、穴位注射疗法等传统治疗方法与生物电等理疗方法相结合的综合治疗方法,疗效显著。[结论]张迎春教授治疗LUFS有独到的临床经验,对于治疗不孕不育症,效果明显,值得学习推广。
[Objective] To investigate the Zhang Yingchun＇s clinical experience of the treatment of unruptured luteinizing follicle syndrome（LUFS）. [Method]Through systematically reading about the works which related to Professor Zhang＇s academic point of view and clinical experience, and through clinically following professor Zhang, we can sum up her clinical experience in treating unruptured follicle luteinized syndrome（LUFS） according to treatment based on syndrome differentiation, and it can be illustrated by specific cases. [Results] Professor Zhang believes LUFS is complex in etiology and its basic pathogenesis is ovulation disorders, according to hormone testing and ultrasound B-monitoring ovulation, and the 3 phases —the follicular phase, ovulation phase, the luteal phase, we thus developed the comprehensive method which combined traditional therapy —traditional Chinese medicine of self-invention,acupuncture, ear acupuncture, flash tank, point injection and the physical therapy—bio-electricity and the method is significantly effective. [Conclusion]Professor Zhang Yingchun holds original clinical experience in treating luteinizing unruptured follicle syndrome（LUFS） and the effect of curing the infertility is obvious and it is worth learning and promotion.
