摘要
高校教代会在学校民主政治建设中发挥着举足轻重的作用,教代会制度建设是学校民主管理的重要途径,也是全心全意依靠教职工办学的重要保障。探索和研究教代会制度建设的有效途径,是推进教代会工作依法有序开展,促进学校各项事业改革发展的必要前提。
Teacher delegates＇ congress in colleges and universities plays an important role in the construction of democratic poli- tics. The teacher delegates＇ congress system construction is not only an important way of democratic management in colleges and universities, but also an important guarantee of wholeheartedly relying on the staff. To explore and study the effective ways of teacher delegates＇ system constructionis the necessary precondition for having teacher delegates＇ congress work carried out in accordance with the law and promoting the reform and development of colleges and universities.
