摘要
基于新的TB/T 1632(所有部分)—2014《钢轨焊接》对焊接接头内部质量要求的提高,对U71MnG钢轨焊接接头热处理工艺进行优化。通过改进加热线圈以缓解轨底三角区感应涡流的集中,通过调整加热功率和加热时间等参数提高焊接接头的轨头、轨底角、轨底三角区的晶粒度。采用新热处理工艺处理后的焊接接头,顺利通过落锤试验,显微组织和晶粒度达到标准要求,接头内部质量明显提高。
Based on the latest Standard TB/T 1632(all parts)—2014 Welding of Rails in which the internal quali-ty requirement of welded joints is improved,the heat treatment process for U71MnG rail welded joint is optimized.By improving the heating coil to mitigate the concentration of induced eddy current in the rail flange triangle,as wellas adjusting parameters such as heating power and heating time,etc.,it can improve the grain fineness number inrail head,rail flange angle and rail flange triangle of welded joint. Welded joints treated by the new heat treatmentprocess can successfully pass the falling weight test and meet the standard requirements for microstructure and grainfineness number,with the internal quality greatly improved.
