自愈合聚合物水泥防水涂料结晶生长过程

摘要 制备了渗透结晶型聚合物水泥防水涂料(又称JS复合防水涂料),采用显微技术观察了自愈合JS复合防水涂料在裂缝中的结晶生长过程,并研究了其自愈合性能。研究结果表明:自愈合JS复合防水涂料的自愈合时间随温度升高或活性母料掺量增加而缩短,说明其自愈合性能提高;裂缝(切口)的晶体生长速率随温度升高或活性母料掺量增加而增大;相同条件下,JS复合防水涂料在裂缝中的自愈合时间远小于所观察到的结晶完全时间。 The permeable crystallization type polymer cement waterproof coating (also called JS composite waterproof coating) was prepared, the crystal growth process of self-healing JS composite waterproof coating in crack was observed by microscopy techniques, and the self-healing properties were investigated. The research results showed that the self-healing JS composite waterproof coating had the improved self-healing property because its self-healing time was shortened with increasing temperature or active masterbatch content. The growth speed of crystal in crack (incision) was increased with increasing temperature or active masterbatch content. The self-healing time of JS composite waterproof coating in crack was far less than the observed completely crystallization time under the same condition.
