以4种不同碳链长度的烷基硫醇、氯乙酸钠和苯并三唑为原料,合成了一系列新型的1-(2'-烷硫基乙酰基)-苯并三唑缓蚀剂。采用失重法和电化学方法评价了这4种苯并三唑衍生物对Cu在3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中的缓蚀性能,同时对缓蚀剂分子在Cu表面的吸附规律进行了初步的研究。结果表明,该系列苯并三唑衍生物是一类以阳极抑制为主的混合型缓蚀剂,其在Cu表面的吸附行为符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,吸附过程包括物理吸附和化学吸附,当用量为150 mg·kg^(-1)时,缓蚀率可达到94.6%以上,并且具有良好的耐温性能。
A series of new corrosion inhibitors named 1-(2'- alkylsulfanylacetyl)- benzotriazole derivatives were synthesized by alkyl sulfhydryls of different lengths, sodium chloroacetate and benzotriazole. The corrosion inhibition effect of benzotriazole derivatives on copper was evaluated in3.5%NaCl solution by means of weight loss and electrochemical testing methods, while the adsorption pattern of corrosion inhibitor molecules on the surface of copper was studied. The results show that the benzotriazole derivatives act as mixed type inhibitors with anode inhibition as dominative action. The adsorption of corrosion inhibitor molecules on copper surface obey Langmuir adsorption isotherm, including both physical and chemical adsorption. The synthesized benzotriazole derivatives possess high corrosion inhibition efficiency and excellent temperature resistance.
