实施全方位健康教育对骨折后患者康复效果的观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究患者骨折后护理过程中实施全方位的健康教育措施,对患者康复的影响。方法收集2015年2月至次年2月间,我科收治78例长骨骨折患者中,随机划分常规组39例与教育组39例,常规组患者接受骨折一般院内护理过程,后组在临床服务过程中全程予以健康教育指导,观察出现并发症情况及护理质量评分。结果教育组发生并发症情况较少,P<0.05;教育组患者对于临床护理质量评分较高,P<0.05。结论对骨折患者实施普通护理措施,加强全方位健康教育,可有效减少并发症出现,提高临床服务质量。 Objective To study the nursing of patients after the fracture process of a full range of health e- ducation measures on rehabilitation of patients. Method Collected between February 2015 to February, our de- partment treated 78 cases of long bone fracture patients were randomly divided into routine group 39 cases and 39 cases of education group, the conventional group patients received fractures general hospital care process, af- ter a group of clinical services the whole process to be health education, to observe the quality of care and compli- cations arise score. Results Education group had fewer complications cases, P 〈0.05 ; education of patients for clinical quality of care score higher, P 〈0.05. Conclusion The implementation of general nursing fracture pa- tients, strengthening comprehensive health education can effectively reduce complications and improve the quali- ty of clinical services.
