摘要
随着生活水平的提高,人们对饮用水质量的要求也不断提高。饮用水中的嗅味不仅影响水的使用性,还会损害人体健康。《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)已明确将嗅味列入出厂水、管网水的必测项目。我国对嗅味问题的研究还处于起步阶段,该文综述了饮用水中典型嗅味物质的来源、检测及控制技术。
With the improvement of living standards, people's demand for the quality of drinking water has been continuously im- proved. Order problems of drinking water not only affect the use of water, but also harm the health of human body. Health Standards for Drinking Water (GB 5749---2006) has explicitly included the order detection which must be tested in the final effluent from water- works and pipe network. In our country, the research on the order is still in the initial stage. This paper mainly summarizes the source, detection and control teehnology of typical odor substances in drinking water.
