摘要
博士教育尤其是STEM博士教育是推动国家创新与提升国家竞争力的重要途径。"二战"后英国STEM博士教育面临生源数量不足、缺乏吸引力、质量下降等危机,其原因既有经济因素,也有博士教育培养模式陈旧和本科生职业规划引导不利等问题。英国政府、高校与社会分别从经费投入与标准引领、培养模式、社会责任等方面协同促进了STEM博士教育的变革。借鉴英国STEM博士教育的变革,我国政府应改进STEM博士教育治理方式,加大经费投入,培养机构应增加STEM博士教育比例,转变培养模式,企业应积极参与STEM博士教育。
Doctorate education, in particular STEM doctorate education, is an important way to promote national innovation and to enhance the competitiveness of the country. After the Second World War, the British STEM doctorate education has faced some crisis such as shortage of students, lack of attraction and the decline of government, universities and the society have respectively promoted the reform and development of British STEM doctorate education collaboratively from the budget, quality leading, training mode, social responsibility. From the British doctorate education reform, our government should improve doctorate education governance, increase the input of funds. Relative institutes should increase the proportion of STEM doctorate education and change the training mode. Enterprises should actively participate in STEM doctorate education..
