城市污水处理厂A^2/O工艺污泥膨胀与上浮的诊断 被引量:7

Diagnosis of Sludge Bulking and Floating in A^2/O Process in Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant

摘要 针对西安市某污水处理厂A^2/O工艺出现的污泥膨胀和上浮现象,利用荧光原位杂交技术(FISH)对致因微生物进行了鉴定,并分析了其对脱氮除磷的影响。结果表明,引起污泥膨胀与上浮的微生物主要为微丝菌(简称M.P),混合液SV最高可达96%,相应的SVI为239 m L/g,导致污泥沉淀困难,出水SS增大,缺氧池和好氧池前端出现大量浮泥。随着温度的提高,微丝菌在污泥中的含量逐渐降低,污泥的SV逐渐减小,缺氧池表面浮泥逐渐消失。混合液和浮泥的最大比释磷速率分别为14、9.8 mg PO_4^(3-)-P/(g VSS·h),比吸磷速率分别为4.5、3.7 mg PO_4^(3-)-P/(g VSS·h);吸收单位乙酸的释磷量分别为0.29和0.27 g PO_4^(3-)-P/g HAc;在厌氧段微丝菌与聚磷菌竞争有机物,但不具有生物除磷的功能。此外,反硝化速率测定表明微丝菌可利用硝酸盐进行呼吸,对脱氮具有强化作用。 Sludge bulking and floating often occurred in a wastewater treatment plant with A2/O process in Xi' an. In order to explain the phenomenon, the microorganism which could cause sludge bulking and floating was identified by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and the effect on nitrogen and phosphorus removal was investigated. The results showed that Microthrix parvicella (M. P) was the microorganism causing the problems. The maximum value of SV was 96% and the corresponding SVI value was 239 mL/g, which caused difficult sludge settling and increase in effluent SS. A large amount of floating sludge appeared on the surface of anoxie tank and at the front end of aerobic tank. With the increase of temperature, the quantity of M. P and SV value were decreased and the floating sludge in the anoxic tank disappeared. The maximum specific phosphorus release rates of mixed liquor and floating sludge were 14 mgPO3- -P/( gVSS·h) and 9.8 mgPO4^3- -P/( gVSS·h) and the maximum specific phosphorus uptake rates were 4.5 mgPO3- - P/( gVSS·h) and 3.7 mgPO3- - P/( gVSS· h). The P/HAc ratios were 0.29 gPO4^3- - P/gHAc and 0.27 gPO3- - P/gHAc. M. P which competed with phos- phorus-accumulating organisms for organics could not remove phosphorus. In addition, M. P could use nitrate and enhance the efficiency of nitrogen removal.
