摘要
采用工业电视摄像机摄取回转窑窑内煅烧火焰图像 ,通过计算机进行图像处理 ,计算出窑内温度 ,结合相关电机电流等参数 ,进行数据融合 ,以此作为控制回转窑温度的主要参数 ,采用两级计算机控制系统 ,实现了回转窑仿人模糊智能控制。
An industrial television camera is used to take the flame image of calcining zone in a rotary kiln.The data of image is transmitted to a computer through a video processing card,and transformed into temperature data.The temperature's trend judgment is got by the multi-sensor data fusion,which includes image temperature,motor currents,and kiln head temperature.A two-level computer system is adopted to realize human-like fuzzy intelligent control of the rotary kiln temperature.
