摘要
目的分析腹腔镜下低位直肠癌超低位保肛术的疗效。方法选择2011年2月至2013年3月在本院行低位直肠癌根治术的患者共82例,据患者意愿进行不同方式手术,观察组共48例行腹腔镜手术,对照组共34例行传统开腹手术。比较两组患者手术情况及术后并发症的出现情况,并随访各组患者生存率。结果观察组保肛率(85.42%)大于对照组(64.71%)(P<0.05),并发症少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的术中出血量少于对照组,其通气时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下低位直肠癌超低位保肛术具有微创手术伤口小、出血量少、患者术后恢复较快等优点。其符合肿瘤根治原则,并发症发生率较低,具备安全可行的特点。
objective To analyze the curative effect of ultra low rectal sphincter preserving surgery for low rectal cancer. Methods 82 cases from February 2012 to March 2013 in our hospital for radical resection of low rectal cancer patients selection according to the wishes of patients of different ways of operation, the observation group of48 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery, the control group 34 cases were treated by traditional open surgery.Results The observation group of anus preserving rate（85.42%） higher than that of control group（64.71%）（P〈0.05）,its complications were less than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, in the observation group,the blood loss was less than that in the control group, the ventilation time and hospitalization timeof observation groupalso was shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic low rectal cancer surgery has a small wound, less bleeding, a better postoperative recovery. It can compliance with the principle of radical resection of tumor and incidence of complications is low, it has a good effect and high security.
