摘要 为解决停车场利用率低和停车管理不合理等引起的城市道路拥堵问题,提出一种智能停车综合管理平台设计方案。设计了与手机APP对接的停车信息公众查询与预订系统,分析了政府查询、停车场电子备案等应用子系统的数据流程,配置了应用支撑系统的软件资源。搭建智能停车管理平台网络系统,将同一城市分散的停车场信息接入,实现平台的不同网络信息交互。管理平台使政府部门实现跨部门跨区域停车场信息的联网服务,为公众出行提供停车信息咨询及泊位预定服务,解决出行停车难问题。 In order to solve parking and parking management utilization rate of urban road congestion caused by the irrational issue, an intelligent parking management platform is designed. Public parking information with the phone APP docking inquiry is developed. Data flow of government inquiries and electronic filing parking applications subsystems is analyzed. Application support system of software resources is configured. To achieve the city parking lots information access, it builds platform network systems and interactive information networks. Networked services for government departments within the jurisdiction of the parking lot information is achieved. It realizes public travel offer parking information and berth reservation service. The platform solves parking problems of traveling.
