摘要
目的:研究半枝莲提取物(SBE)与含纳米颗粒半枝莲提取物(SBE-NP)对小鼠肝癌细胞H22的抑制作用。方法:建立小鼠肝癌细胞模型,采用称质量法检测肿瘤细胞生长的抑制程度,采用TUNEL标记法检测肿瘤细胞凋亡率,比较SBE与SBE-NP两组药物的作用效果。结果:SBE组、SBE-NP组瘤体平均质量低于空白组(P<0.01),肝癌细胞凋亡率高于空白组(P<0.01),SBE-NP组瘤体质量明显低于等剂量的SBE组(P<0.01),肝癌细胞凋亡率高于空白组(P<0.01)。结论:SBE及SBE-NP对抗肿瘤治疗均具有一定疗效,且SBE-NP的疗效优于SBE。
Objective: To study the extracts and nano-particles of Scutellariae Barbatae Herba on the inhibition of H22 liver cancer cells in mice. Methods:Mouse liver cancer cell model was established and the growth inhibition of tu- mor cells was detected by weighing method. Apoptosis rate of tumor cells was detected by TUNEL labeling method, Comparison of the inhibitions of extracts of Scutellariae Barbatae Herba(SBE) and nano-partieles of Scutellariae Bar- batae Herba(SBE-NP) in the two groups of drugs. Results: SBE group and SBE-NP group were compared with the blank group and the weight of the tumor was significantly reduced(P〈0.01). Increased apoptosis rate of hepatocellular carcinoma(P〈0.01). SBE-NP group tumor weight was significantly lower than that of the SBE group(P〈0.01). In- creased apoptosis rate of hepatocellular carcinoma(P〈 0.01). Conclusion: SBE and SBE-NP in the treatment of tumors have a certain effect. The effect of SBE-NP is more prominent than SBE.
