摘要
采用生命周期评价法,以两款基材不同但尺寸和功能相同的木质床头柜为例,通过现场测定和统计核算木基材料产品在主要生产阶段的碳足迹,分析产品碳排放的特征。结果表明:(1)实木产品的碳足迹大于饰面刨花板产品的碳足迹,一个实木床头柜和一个板式床头柜的碳足迹分别为16.5 kg CO_2eq和12.26 kg CO_2eq,实木产品的电力排放远大于板式产品,喷涂相关过程耗费的油漆和电力碳排放相加达6.19 kg CO_2eq,是实木床头柜碳足迹大于板式床头柜的主要原因;(2)上游原材料是木基材料产品的最大排放源,分别占实木床头柜和板式床头柜总排放的61%和95%,其中辅助材料以15%以下的材料重量占了35%以上的碳排放;(3)碳足迹核算能有效分析木基材料产品各排放源的碳排放特征,为制定低碳产业政策和企业的碳减排提供依据。
Taking two wooden bedside cupboards with different base material and same size and function as the research object, the study calculated the carbon footprint of the wood-based products in the main production stage by life cycle assessment method, analyzed the emission characteristics. The main results are as follows: (1) the carbon footprint of solid wood products is larger than that of veneer partieleboard products, the value of two bedside cupboards is 16.5 kgCO2eq and 12.26 kgCO2eq respectively. Electric emission of solid wood products is far greater than that of the wood based panel products. The carbon emission of the paint and power of spraying related process reach 6.19 kgCO2eq. It' s the main reason for the carbon footprint of the solid wood bedside cupboard larger than that of the plate bedside cupboard. (2) upstream raw material is the largest carbon emissions source of wood-based products, respectively accounted for 61% and 95% of the total emissions of two products. The auxiliary material accounted for more than 35% of the carbon emissions by 15% material weight; (3) carbon footprint assessment can effectively analyze the carbon emission characteristics of each emission source for wood-based products, provide the basis for the development of low carbon industrial policy and the carbon emission reduction.
