摘要
研究生教育由外延式发展转为内涵式发展,质量保障成为提升研究生教育质量的关键。研究生招生选拔质量、培养质量、学位论文质量以及研究生师资队伍建设等,都关乎研究生的教育质量。而研究生管理贯穿研究生培养的全过程,因此,在研究生招生规模跨越式发展的形势下,研究生管理队伍的质量也成为研究生教育质量的重要保障。从内部而言,研究生管理人员应加强业务素养,自觉接受培训和再教育,创新服务意识,提高服务能力。从外部而言,研究生管理部门应加大投入,建立科学合理的遴选与考核机制,制定激励与惩罚政策,健全监督、申诉和权益保障机制,逐步构建一支稳定、高素质、有序的研究生管理队伍,从而推动高等学校研究生教育改革进程。
With our country＇s graduate education changing from extensional development into connotational development,quality assurance has become the key to improving the quality of graduate education.Factors,such as the quality of graduate student enrollment,the quality of postgraduate training,the quality of graduate students＇ dissertations,the quality of graduate teaching staff,etc.,are all related to the quality of graduate education.Graduate management exists throughout the process of graduate education,so in the current situation of the greatleap-forward development of graduate enrollment the quality of a graduate management team becomes an important guarantee for the quality of graduate education.As far as the internal force is concerned,managers of graduate students should strengthen their professional literacy,accept training and re-education consciously and innovate their awareness of service to improve their service capability.As far as the external force is concerned,departments of graduate management should increase investment to establish a scientific and rational selection and evaluation mechanism,make policies of incentive and punishment,complete the mechanisms of supervision,protestation and right security,and build a stable,high-quality well-organized graduate management team gradually,thus promoting the comprehensive reform of graduate education.
