摘要
农村社区是个体农民与社会联系的重要载体,农村社区福利服务与农村社会发展有着内在的关联性与融合性。地方政府仍然存在唯经济的发展理念,忽视当地居民的实际幸福感和社会福利服务的发展。阿马蒂亚·森的发展理论对中国农村福利服务发展具有一定的启示意义,中国农村社区福利的发展与完善,将在新发展观的框架之内,从内生建设、政策支持、基础设施以及专业服务等方面推动农村社区福利服务发展,以不断改善和提高社会成员的福祉为追求目标。
Rural communities are an important carrier with which farmer individuals are able to keep contact with society.The welfare service provided by rural communities is intrinsically correlated and integrated with rural social development.However,the developmental concept of only economy still prevails among local governments,where local residents＇ well-being and the development of local social welfare services are ignored.Amartya Sen＇s theory on development may bring certain enlightenment to the development of Chinese rural welfare service.The welfare of Chinese rural communities will be developed and completed based on a new concept of development in the aspects of endogenous construction,policy support,infrastructure,professional service,etc,perusing the goal of improving the well-being of social members continuously.
