针对ICI-AMV工艺1 000 t/d合成氨装置原料天然气田的更换,二段转化炉通过采用加富氧工艺以及对相关设备改造,解决了因天然气组分不同对装置的影响,确保了装置的正常运行。
The natural gas feedstock for ICI-AMV process 1 000 t / d synthetic ammonia plant was changed from another gas field, bringing impacts on the plant because of the different composition of the natural gas. To solve the problem, oxygen enrichment process was introduced to the secondary reformer, and the related equipment was also modified.
