摘要 大位移井技术是当今国际钻井工程领域的高新技术。随着水平位移和水垂比的不断增加,井斜不断增大,井眼轨迹逐渐延长,会出现高水垂比,常常因摩阻较大导致尾管或其它完井管柱无法正常下入。目前,解决井下管柱摩擦阻力的常见方法主要有以下几种:(1)在需要垂直井段和近垂直井段的管串中加入钻铤和加重钻杆,即复合管柱加重技术;(2)漂浮下套管技术。这两种手段均可以进行下尾管作业,但是作业费用高,操作复杂,作业风险相对较高,且无法满足裸眼完井的作业方式。 the technology of large displacement well is a new and high technology in the field of drilling engineering.With the horizontal displacement and vertical water ratio increasing, inclination increases, well trajectory is gradually extended, there will be a high water vertical ratio, often because of high resistance to the tail pipe or other completion tube can not be normal in.At present, there are mainly the following methods to solve common pipe string friction resistance : 1 in vertical well section and vertical section of well pipe string in drill collar and heavy weight drill pipe, composite pipe column weighting technology ; 2 casing floating technology.These two means can be carried out under the tail tube operation, but the operation cost is high, the operation is complex, the operation risk is relatively high, and can not meet the operation mode of the open hole completion.
